NMDP est une organisation à but non lucratif (anciennement Be The Match) qui gère le registre national des donneurs de cellules souches sanguines et coordonne la thérapie cellulaire pour traiter les cancers du sang et d'autres troubles sanguins. Elle recrute et enregistre des donneurs, trouve des correspondances entre donneurs et patients, facilite les greffes, fournit un soutien aux patients et une aide financière, mène et finance des recherches et essais cliniques, et dirige des actions de sensibilisation et de collecte de fonds pour étendre l'accès aux thérapies cellulaires vitales.

Description

• The Manager, Product is responsible for managing products, conducting market research and customer needs assessments. • Bringing new products to market in an engaging way. • Opening up new distribution channels and ensuring products have a strong competitive position. • Works closely with the Sales & Business Development Team, Operations, Marketing and Information Technology to understand market and client needs. • Develops and Manages the Product Portfolio by leveraging industry expertise to inform and shape the overall product strategy. • Serves as a product evangelist throughout the organization and with external stakeholders. • Conducts market research and meets with customers. • Owns the creative process of generating, developing and curating new product ideas to drive growth. • Translates product strategy into detailed requirements and specifications. • Owns product definition and drives product development, continuously re-prioritizing features.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree required. Upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement. • 2-4 years of product or brand management experience, including developing and delivering B2B products and services for healthcare entities (e.g. transplant centers, physicians, and other medical professionals). • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment strongly preferred. • 2 years of experience leading teams
