La solution automatise la création d’actes notariés juridiquement prêts à être signés : il suffit de saisir les données et de sélectionner les clauses, puis d’exporter des documents Word prêts à signer sur le papier à en-tête de l’étude, sans modifier les systèmes de gestion de dossiers existants. Elle s’intègre à RA-MICRO et prend en charge l’export XNP vers la Bundesnotarkammer. Elle propose également une gestion des accès par rôle, un hébergement des serveurs à Francfort avec chiffrement, ainsi que l’intégration et la migration des modèles Word existants. La solution s’adresse aux notaires et aux études notariales. L’entreprise fonctionne sur un modèle d’abonnement et a été créée à Cologne en 2019 sous le nom de NotarPartner GmbH.

Description

• Lead the Engineering team both technically and as a people manager, including 1:1s, professional development, clear expectations, and feedback. • Continue writing code while taking ownership of code reviews and architecture across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. • Own the technical architecture of the multi-tenant platform and optimize it to scale to 2,000 notary offices. • Build the Engineering team, define roles and profiles, conduct technical interviews, and make hiring decisions. • Establish AI as a standard in the product and development process, including document generation, document analysis, and agentic workflows. • Ensure reliable delivery through planning, quality standards, deployments, and incident handling. • Work closely with Product, Design, and notaries to translate notarial practice into technical solutions.

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of experience as a software engineer and at least two years of leadership experience—you have led and developed a team of 3 to 8 engineers. • Strong command of React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. • Experience taking a SaaS product through a genuine growth phase, including architecture, data modeling, and operations. • Experience with hiring processes: conducting interviews, making decisions, onboarding people, and retaining them. • Enthusiasm for AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Codex) and agentic workflows. • Strong product understanding and willingness to learn the workflows of notaries. • Native-level German proficiency (C2). • Nice to have: Experience in Legal Tech or other regulated industries; with multi-tenant architectures; replacing external service providers; or working with distributed teams.
