• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy focused on operational excellence and business value. • Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives. • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities. • Lead prioritization efforts based on business impact, value realization, and resource constraints. • Oversee implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and third-party vendor solutions. • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. • Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements. • Design and implement optimized workflows that improve scalability, compliance, and user experience. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and IT teams to align business processes and technology solutions. • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and governance standards. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured process improvement methodologies. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics. • Utilize data insights to support product prioritization, investment decisions, and process enhancements. • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven solutions. • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and reporting environments. • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders. • Communicate product progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams. • Act as a product ambassador and subject matter expert for assigned platforms and initiatives. • Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects. • Support testing, implementation, adoption, training, and change management activities.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated experience delivering business value through technology solutions and operational improvements. • Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process analysis. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. • Experience leading enterprise application initiatives and collaborating with technical and business teams.
