Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation, warehousing, and logistics sectors. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive long-term business success. • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges, negotiating agreements, and delivering customized logistics solutions. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence. • Partner with operations, marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and services align with market demands.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required. • Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience within transportation, warehousing, logistics, flatbed, metals, or related industries. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive business environment. • Strong leadership, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Solid understanding of supply chain, transportation, warehousing, and logistics services. • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred. • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. • Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require. • Experience within transportation, warehousing, logistics, metals, manufacturing, or industrial markets preferred.
