Description

• Architect context pipelines for AI agents • Prepare agent-actionable task specifications with acceptance criteria and constraints • Design and maintain agent-ready repositories, test suites, and CI/CD pipelines • Serve as an AI Champion through workshops, workflow curation, mentoring, and tooling evaluations • Drive migration from a legacy monolith to microservices and own bounded-domain decomposition decisions • Set quality standards for GraphQL APIs, RESTful contracts, database schemas, and CI/CD • Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems and drive technical direction • Guide senior engineers in reducing technical debt using AI as an accelerator

🎯 Exigences

• Ability to use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as a default • Context engineering expertise, including repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configurations, code context, memory, and tool access • Understanding of model routing trade-offs and multi-agent orchestration • Strong coding and computer science fundamentals • Strong background in Golang, Java/Kotlin, and ability to work with PHP • Experience with large-scale web applications and scalable systems • Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational and NoSQL databases • Ability to align technical decisions with business strategy • Clear communication in English • Technical leadership and mentoring skills
