Description

• Lead the business unit in Bruchsal and help shape the successful continued development of the site • Report directly to the Division Management • Take responsibility for the business unit’s financial performance and its technical, strategic, and cultural direction • Manage the achievement of targets relating to costs, schedules, quality, and investments • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and continuously develop employees • Conduct qualitative and quantitative workforce planning • Acquire new customers and projects and establish sustainable customer management • Further develop existing customer relationships • Shape the strategic direction and long-term planning, including technical development • Ensure compliance with technical standards and VINCI Group requirements for occupational safety and quality management

🎯 Exigences

• Completed degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering, utility network construction, or a comparable professional background • At least five years of professional experience in construction-related project business, including professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility • Familiarity with relevant regulations, laws, and standards, such as DVGW, AGFW, VDE, or VOB • Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development • Experience establishing and implementing organizational structures • Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and strategic, budget-oriented thinking and action • Strong MS Office skills, ideally complemented by experience with SAP • Class B driver’s license • Very good spoken and written German • English language skills are an advantage
