Onboarded est une plateforme d'intégration et de conformité propulsée par l'IA pour le recrutement en grande quantité. L'entreprise propose un moteur d'orchestration qui automatise l'intégration, les vérifications, le routage de conformité, les intégrations et les transferts entre les ATS, la paie et d'autres systèmes RH, permettant ainsi aux équipes opérationnelles de gérer les exceptions plutôt que de réaliser du travail manuel. Onboarded met l'accent sur l'orchestration intelligente, les pistes d'audit, la prévention de la fraude de la main-d'œuvre, plus de 50 intégrations natives et une approche API-first, et est destinée aux cabinets de recrutement, aux plateformes/logiciels vertical SaaS, aux partenaires/revendeurs, et aux équipes RH des entreprises.

Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and improvements for our software platform. • Contribute to the development of a Compliance Rules Engine to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. • Create Workflow Automations that streamline and optimize the employee onboarding process. • Build robust and user-friendly React UIs for seamless user interactions. • Develop Embeddable UIs that can be integrated into our clients' existing systems. • Work on the Internationalization of our software to support a global user base. • Integrate Third Party APIs to enhance the functionality and features of our platform.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer, with a strong track record of building and shipping software products. We use Remix, React, and Prisma. We write typescript with Effect.js. • Three years of experience working as a full-time professional software engineer. If you don’t meet the bar, but think you can be productive nonetheless, tell us why! • Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services. • Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. • Demonstrated experience in making product decisions through first-principled reasoning and understanding of customer use cases. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with non-trivial complexity. • Excellent communication skills. Engineering at Onboarded has a strong writing culture. • Deep understanding of testing and observability. We expect our team to structure their code so it’s easy to test.
