Description

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to craft long-term product strategy • Scope and lead the development of new product features that will increase the financial health of users • Analyze data and perform user research to form and test hypotheses in the pursuit of building a deep understanding of customers’ needs and behaviors • Manage a high-performing cross-functional product team • Drive strong communication and alignment within the organization

🎯 Exigences

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments • Experience in the financial services industry (FinTech, challenger bank, etc.) highly preferred. • Passionate about improving the financial health of Oportun’s members. • Experience working and delivering on complex problems • Experience making data-informed decisions (testing and experimentation, defining metrics, data analysis). • Track record of shipping and iterating on impactful products • Clear and concise communication skills and superb documentation skills. • Scrappy, solution-oriented, able to push through obstacles and blockers to deliver value for members. • Bonus: Experience launching products within complex legal and regulatory frameworks such as Finance, experience with SQL, and experience working with a multi-national workforce.
