Description

• Drive generation services and technologies business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives with account teams • Follow Optiv Standardized Sales Operating Processes to achieve consistent success • Understand clients’ security environments, business operations, security needs, and risk appetites • Identify security concerns and align them with Optiv strategic solutions and holistic cybersecurity programs • Participate in the Field Center of Excellence for Identity and position Optiv services and technology partners’ products • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Qualify leads and partner with internal colleagues on scope, proposals, and closure • Participate in sales opportunities across Optiv’s portfolio • Articulate how Optiv technology and services meet client stakeholder needs • Monitor industry trends and the cybersecurity landscape to provide thought leadership and guidance • Collaborate with service delivery on domain specialty materials • Develop security strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, budgets, and ROI metrics • Maintain advisory relationships with client stakeholders alongside sales partners • Maintain relationships with relevant Optiv technology partners • Design complete security programs across technology and services • Facilitate discussions, gather requirements, select technologies, and coordinate demonstrations and evaluations • Partner with internal Optiv teams to align client expectations and ensure delivery excellence and satisfaction • Share client feedback to support continuous improvement • Participate in account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and proposal processes • Create business proposals and contracts and respond to RFIs/RFPs • Maintain technical capabilities, soft skills, and security-specific knowledge through development activities • Use proficient sales techniques to facilitate meetings, understand needs, position solutions, and finalize sales

🎯 Exigences

• BS/BA or equivalent and/or applicable work experience • Minimum five years in an information security role focused on Identity and Access Management • Consulting advisor, architect, or engineer experience preferred • Expertise with Identity tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Idra/CyberArk • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, GIAC, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred • Experience speaking about and evangelizing technology vision at events • Thorough understanding of current threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and defensive controls • Strong business and technical acumen • Ability to lead technology-focused discussions • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills, including whiteboard sessions • Strong attention to detail when reviewing SOWs, quotes, and client deliverables • Broad security knowledge and continuous expansion into other domains • Vendor-specific certification focused primarily on the specialty • Proficient sales techniques • Ability to work in an adaptable, nimble team environment with responsive communication • Highly motivated self-starter who does not require day-to-day management • Ability to travel around 25% or as needed
