Description

• Build Oscilar's Agents business and own the Agents pipeline, revenue goals, and plan to achieve them • Define target segments, use cases, personas, and buying triggers • Establish goals, metrics, weekly reviews, and ownership across teams • Diagnose and improve the Agents funnel from awareness through expansion • Contribute to pricing, packaging, freemium and POV programs, and attach strategy • Coordinate Sales, BDRs, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships around shared targets • Partner with Sales leadership on Agents plays, deal strategy, and attach motions • Feed market and customer insights into Product and Product Marketing • Turn early customers into references, case studies, and expansion • Hire and develop an Agents growth team • Coach channel owners and partner teams • Launch and iterate multi-channel programs including outbound, ABM, signal-based campaigns, events, executive programs, webinars, and partnerships • Run experiments across audiences, messages, offers, and channels • Use Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Nooks, Gong, and Claude with Growth Engineering to automate and scale the motion • Report to the VP of Marketing & Growth and work closely with the CEO, CRO, and executive team

🎯 Exigences

• Track record of building a business unit, function, or GTM motion from scratch • 10+ years in B2B go-to-market • Senior leadership experience at Director, Head of, or VP level, or equivalent founder experience • Player-coach experience leading teams and cross-functional programs while remaining hands-on • Strong commercial judgment • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processes • Ability to drive alignment across teams not directly managed • Analytical and data-driven approach • Growth or demand generation expertise, including outbound, ABM, signal-based growth, and experimentation • Experience taking AI products to market • Experience in financial services, fintech, fraud, compliance, risk, or other regulated industries • Experience at a high-growth B2B company with strong GTM execution • Comfort with modern GTM tooling and AI-powered workflows
