Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for pharmacy services aligned with enterprise growth objectives. • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities including new markets, service lines, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. • Lead market assessments, competitive analyses, and business case development for new pharmacy initiatives. • Implementation of new clients as it relates to contractual engagements in the pharmacy space. • Lead and mentor pharmacy directors, managers, and clinical leaders; build strong leadership succession. • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to identify, track, and analyze financial data for assigned engagements. • Directs multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Provides leadership in the area of expense management and clinical alignment to contribute to client’s success within assigned areas. • Responsible for managing customer expectations, delivering cost savings throughout alignment according to estimated timelines, utilizing customer participation in the process to achieve goals and objectives. • Collaborates with organizations to track and analyze financial data important to their organization. • Develops standardized documents, processes, and calculations for use by the team to quantify savings solutions.

🎯 Exigences

• Pharm D, required. • 8-12 years in relevant Pharmacy Leadership Experience • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, partnerships, or expansion initiatives within pharmacy or healthcare services. • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements.
