• Lead and develop a U.S. field sales organization, including direct and indirect teams • Build deep customer and market understanding to deliver differentiated value propositions • Partner with national and regional customers to drive profitable revenue growth and share gain • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with marketing, product, and cross‑functional partners • Provide insight on market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and economic conditions • Drive sales productivity through clear goals, KPIs, and performance accountability • Lead annual sales planning aligned with both short‑term priorities and long‑term strategy • Make key decisions related to pricing, channels, investments, and customer‑facing initiatives • Attract, develop, and retain top sales talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning • Champion Owens Corning values related to safety, ethics, and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management • Proven experience leading sales, marketing, or commercial teams (directly or through influence) • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills • Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including pricing and margin management • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute through teams • Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels • Experience operating across geographies and market conditions • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time • Ability to live near a major U.S. airport
