Description

• Ensure customers maximize return on investment by implementing and operationalizing Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions • Assist customers with SASE implementation and integration into security and networking operations • Provide first-line technical assistance and coordinate timely resolutions with engineering teams • Advocate for customers by influencing product roadmap and improvements • Coach customers on Cloud Security Change Management, Governance, and Center of Excellence programs • Identify customer risks and develop or escalate risk mitigation plans with account teams • Map customer business challenges and objectives to product features and business benefits • Become the go-to customer expert and subject matter expert on Palo Alto Networks SASE security solutions • Work with CISOs, Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and DevOps teams at mid-to-large enterprises

🎯 Exigences

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, post-sales, technical support, consulting, or similar roles • In-depth understanding of networking and security concepts • Experience with multi-vendor networking devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and traffic generators • Understanding of SASE architecture and value proposition • Past experience with Data Security product suites, including CASB and DLP • Enterprise-level designing and troubleshooting experience with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI, SSL, TCP/IP, and authentication protocols including SAML, SSO, LDAP, and RADIUS • Knowledge of Linux, including BASH and Python scripting • Proven track record managing customer escalations, balancing expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions • Strong consulting and project management skills • Ability to articulate technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives, and explain business impact • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Availability to provide after-hours deliverables on a scheduled or unscheduled basis • Fluent German language is mandatory
