• Crafting a bespoke regional strategy and execution plan for every rep on your team • Mentoring and coaching your team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives • Collaborating with the Director of Business Development to ignite pipeline growth • Feeding vital insights back to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams • Overseeing the growth of your direct reports with precision and empathy

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS world • At least 3 years of experience leading teams of this caliber • Proven track record of walking into boardrooms and closing large, complex deals • Lead a metrics-driven organization that balances big enterprise deals with semi-transactional business • Consultative soul who views relationship building as an art form • Deep technical curiosity for web infrastructure and content management software • The kind of leadership that inspires career development and long-term loyalty
