Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and challenge the business with forward thinking approaches to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase profitability including: • ROI analysis • Investment prioritization • Scenario planning/modeling • Operational analysis • Developing and refining meaningful management reporting • Preparing business recommendations based on financial analysis • Assist in development of regular financial forecasts that incorporate current business trends and strategies • Driving continuous improvement in report and analysis automation • Taking initiative and working independently to conduct special studies to analyze complex financial data • Completing internal process review, documenting internal processes and providing recommendations for improved productivity and/or cost savings.

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or financial analysis roles • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. SaaS industry experience preferred. • Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, working capital analysis • Experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience improving reporting automation or finance processes • Experience with financial planning or BI tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Planning • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA Preferred
