Description

• Design digital experiences across PetLabCo.’s organic e-commerce site, customer account portal, cold acquisition funnels and landing pages • Create polished, intuitive digital experiences that drive measurable conversion results • Move between different products, customer journeys and commercial challenges based on business priorities • Take problems from initial thinking and journey mapping through flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality UI • Collaborate with the Design & UX Director, Lead Digital Designer, Senior Product Designers and Creative Designers • Own design work while receiving feedback and learning from experienced designers • Understand customer and commercial objectives behind briefs and problems • Use customer behaviour, conversion data and experiment results to evaluate performance and improve experiences • Support high-priority commercial initiatives • Balance customer needs, brand, usability and commercial performance • Manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities across the digital customer experience

🎯 Exigences

• Hands-on experience designing digital experiences for a direct-to-consumer brand, e-commerce business or similarly conversion-focused environment • Mid-weight UX/UI or Product Design experience with ability to independently take on design problems • Experience designing or optimising customer journeys with commercial outcomes in mind • Strong UX fundamentals, including journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes • Strong UI craft across desktop and mobile, including hierarchy, typography, spacing, layout and interaction • High proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries and scalable design systems • Comfortable using customer behaviour, conversion data and experiment results • Commercially minded approach balancing customer experience and commercial performance • Ability to collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners and explain design decisions • Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with changing priorities • Positive, pragmatic and can-do attitude • Commitment to high-quality work while valuing speed, iteration and learning • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
