Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers across live and virtual environments • Use digital tools to maintain customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities • Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations • Use approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative responsibilities on time and compliantly

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing preferred • Strong sales or marketing track record preferred • Strong territory management skills preferred • Outstanding communication skills preferred • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability preferred • Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States
