PlantingSpace développe un système permettant de représenter avec précision les connaissances et les incertitudes afin de faciliter la découverte de nouvelles idées et la résolution transparente de problèmes. La plateforme intègre des informations hétérogènes (sites web, bases de données, articles, modèles) et répond aux requêtes en langage naturel ou spécifique à un domaine, fournissant des réponses avec des distributions probabilistes et un exposé clair des étapes du raisonnement, des sources de données, des méthodes statistiques et des modèles utilisés. Les utilisations prévues incluent des fonctions d'analystes, d'assistants de recherche ou de data scientists dans divers domaines ; l'approche combine la théorie des catégories, la statistique bayésienne, le deep learning et les sciences cognitives pour structurer, raisonner et présenter des connaissances incertaines.

Description

• Manage the development roadmap: Own the roadmap from a process perspective, working with leadership as well as individual contributors, to identify interdependencies, and adapt to shifts in priorities and timelines. • Lead quarterly planning: Drive the planning process, initiate and prepare reviews; identify potential goal owners early and provide support and guidance to ensure good planning and risk management across the team. • Steer features from idea to implementation: Coordinate work across multiple topics; when a new feature idea comes up, ensure it progresses from product specification, design, and prioritisation, through to implementation, bridging gaps between different technical and product areas. • Maintain technical documentation and tooling: Take ownership of the processes and documentation used across the company, reviewing frequently and coordinating updates and improvements. • Facilitate communication: Be a responsive point of contact across our channels, connecting team members with the right information and resources. • Stay hands-on: Contribute directly to high-priority development tasks and automations.

🎯 Exigences

• Software engineering in a collaborative, commercial environment, working on large codebases and using practices like CI/CD, testing, and code reviews. • Functional/typed languages, e.g. Rust, OCaml, Clojure, C++, or Haskell, and a willingness to learn and work with Julia. • Implementation of pragmatic organisational processes. • Background in Technical Product Management, working with complex technical systems. • Coordination of workflows and coaching or mentoring team members.
