Description

• Build and own user-facing product features from idea to production • Work with engineering, product, and design to plan, architect, and ship features • Design, build, and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs • Partner with functional leaders across GTM, finance, and customer support to build internal tools • Streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows • Ship customer-facing products and internal tools with real usage • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, operations, GTM, data, and customer success • Use current coding tools and infrastructure • Iterate quickly, ship weekly, and incorporate feedback from users and teammates

🎯 Exigences

• Likely 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience • Heavy user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex • Up to date with the latest AI developments, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling • Strong product and design taste with a clear sense of quality • Ability to take ownership and drive an entire part of a product • Ability to manage time and priorities independently • Willingness to work across frontend and backend • Clear communication and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations • Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users • Comfortable learning new tools and building from scratch • Experience at early-stage startups or building personal products is a bonus • College degree is asked about in the application form • Must be open to fully remote work with occasional travel for team offsites
