Description

• Ship AI-powered workflows that scale growth and sales motions • Audit the existing GTM stack and identify gaps and redundancies • Embed with sales and growth teams to turn successful plays into repeatable systems • Build internal tools and agents for lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, content distribution, and attribution • Select between off-the-shelf tools and custom-built solutions • Partner with engineering and design to test features, provide feedback, and dogfood AI capabilities for GTM use cases • Publish playbooks and internal guides • Ship systems that improve pipeline, conversion, and retention • Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams • Iterate and ship weekly based on user feedback and data

🎯 Exigences

• Likely 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, including some experience directly applied to GTM, growth, or revenue systems • Heavy use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, with non-trivial projects shipped using them • Experience building with LLMs and AI agents, including RAG, evaluations, tool use, and prompt engineering • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo, Cargo, Gong, and Outreach/Instantly • Fluency navigating APIs, webhooks, and integrations • Strong product and design judgment • Systems-thinking and ability to automate messy operational problems • Commercial understanding of sales calls and growth dashboards • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in ambiguous situations • Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users • Experience at early-stage startups or building personal products is a bonus • Experience shipping AI agents that affected a revenue metric is a bonus • RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering background is a bonus • Required application questions include whether the applicant has a college degree, startup or quant-firm experience, and willingness to work fully remotely with occasional team-offsite travel • Applicants may need to answer whether they require US immigration sponsorship, including H-1B or O-1 support
