Description

• You take full responsibility for IT projects at our clients from A to Z. That means: not just facilitating, but steering and being hands-on to drive business units, clients, and development teams forward. • You analyze current-state situations, model target processes, and translate everything into crystal-clear, feasible user stories and detailed concept specifications. • You stay involved until the end, validate results against requirements, and pitch in hands-on yourself — no game of telephone, no gaps between concept and reality.

🎯 Exigences

• Fluent German (C1) in spoken and written form for reliable communication with our clients. • Degree in (business, media) computer science or an equivalent qualification (e.g., professional experience) with a strong technical and commercial background. • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in IT project environments as an (IT) consultant — ideally with experience in transformation projects. • You speak developers' language and can still tell stakeholders in two sentences what a decision will cost — both in time and technically.
