Description

• Support Project Execution • Serve as the primary engineering contact during project installation and startup • Visit project sites to assess conditions and support successful installation • Attend pre-construction meetings, site meetings, and key project installations • Work closely with contractors, engineers, owners, and sales teams throughout the project lifecycle • Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project schedules • Assist contractors and customers with installation best practices and troubleshooting • Answer technical questions regarding the application and performance of Prinsco products • Support stormwater, detention, and retention projects • Develop project-specific drawings and technical documentation • Review project plans and designs to ensure successful product application • Partner with manufacturing teams to address field performance concerns and identify improvement opportunities

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field • Minimum of two years of engineering experience • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification preferred or completed • Experience working directly with customers, contractors, manufacturing, or construction projects • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%
