Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of reimbursement strategies and programs • Monitor changes in reimbursement regulations, trends, and technologies • Develop and monitor reimbursement budgets and goals • Analyze reimbursement data to identify areas of improvement • Facilitate the resolution of reimbursement issues between payers and providers • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, managed care organizations, and other payers • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable reimbursement regulations and contractual requirements • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• Must have at least five to eight years’ experience managing an Accounts Receivable department, or healthcare reimbursement operation • Multi-site managerial experience in a healthcare services company is strongly preferred • Experience with governmental and commercial payers and revenue cycles is strongly required • Managerial experience at a complex respiratory company is a major advantage • Must have a driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing • Must have strong PC skills, especially the MS Office suite. • Must also have a willingness to become an expert user of our enterprise system Brightree, which are used to track patient care, order fulfillment and reimbursement • A strong work ethic and desire to serve our referral sources and patients is essential
