• Solution selling: Sales of solution-oriented IT services and products from leading vendors • New business development: Independent acquisition of new clients and strategic expansion of existing client relationships • Key account management: Managing key accounts in the church and welfare sector in Southern Germany, with a focus on Bavaria • IT consulting: Advising, designing, and implementing complex IT projects • Deal responsibility: Leading negotiations through to contract signing, including revenue responsibility • Portfolio development: Collaborating with Business Development to further develop the portfolio • Networking & presence: Representing the company at trade fairs and events
• Degree in a technical field or business administration, or a comparable qualification • Sales experience, ideally in the church and welfare sector • Knowledge of and/or network within church-related and welfare organizations (e.g., Caritas, Diakonie) • Solid sales skills, strong closing ability, and a structured, independent working style with high proactivity (drive/tenacity) • Strong communication skills, confident presence, team-player attitude, and a high affinity for IT • Excellent German and good English skills, plus willingness to travel (office in Munich 2–4x per month & customer appointments across Southern Germany)
