Description

• Requirements gathering & solution design: analyze processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities • Design and implement solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform • Develop AI-supported copilots and agents using low-code approaches • Build custom business applications and AI-related solutions • Independently execute projects using Scrum or Kanban • Train clients on Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI use cases • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Smart Work service portfolio

🎯 Exigences

• Deep experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and ideally Dataverse • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint & Teams • Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot and the design/implementation of AI-powered copilots • Ability to capture requirements in a structured manner and translate them into technical concepts • Proficiency in German and English
