Description

• Development, management and expansion of relationships with existing customers in the DIY and electrical installation segments. • Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and development of these into long-term customers. • Act as the central point of contact for assigned customers and ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty and alignment with Prysmian's strategic objectives. • Present Prysmian's cable solutions and demonstrate their added value for electrical installations and industrial applications. • Prepare competitive proposals, lead negotiations and close contracts to support company objectives. • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities in the DIY, installation and mechanical engineering markets. • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, product management, logistics) to ensure smooth product delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements. • Support technical discussions by matching customer requirements with Prysmian's product portfolio. • Build and maintain partnerships with data center customers and wholesale channels. • Identify new business opportunities in the data center sector and expand Prysmian's presence. • Deliver presentations on Prysmian's specialized cable solutions tailored to data center applications. • Manage the entire sales cycle: quotation, negotiation and contract closing. • Actively monitor trends in data center infrastructure, customer requirements and the competitive landscape. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment, on-time delivery and support throughout the product lifecycle.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience in the cable industry, ideally in areas such as electrical installation, DIY, mechanical engineering or data centers. • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships. • A proactive attitude — ambitious, goal-oriented and motivated to build business. • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent German and English are required, additional languages are an advantage. • Strong customer focus and ability to understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions. • Willingness to travel within Germany (50–75%).
