• Set appointments and make sales through outbound and inbound calls • Meet or exceed appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines • Treat every prospect, customer, and coworker with world-class service regardless of how they treat you • Enter data into the system accurately • Communicate effectively with supervisors via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and resourceful • Demonstrated ability to self-manage in a remote work environment, including setup and use of company-provided VoIP, email, and other tools • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume call environment • Excellent communication and phone skills • Dedicated, private workspace—preferably a quiet area • Computer (laptop or desktop) • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) • Headset • Well spoken • Confident in your abilities • Persuasive • Self-motivated • English proficiency of 85% or higher • Sales or customer service experience
