• Shape the future of our product by collaborating with Product, Design, and your squad to ship impactful features and milestones. • Bring designs to life by working closely with designers to build seamless, intuitive user experiences. • Mentor and upskill other engineers , helping to build a strong, supportive team. • Define and prioritize work by scoping and estimating tasks that align with business objectives. • Write quality code with an emphasis on writing tests, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions. • Contribute to architectural decisions around code quality, documentation, and best practices. • Own bugs and issues by troubleshooting and resolving problems in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. • Demonstrate initiative by driving progress on your work, proactively unblocking challenges, and participating in collaborative opportunities such as hackathons, guilds, and engineering jams to explore creative solutions and contribute beyond day-to-day responsibilities. • Participate in code reviews and planning conversations to continuously improve team processes and output.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development. • Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python and enjoy building dynamic, user-friendly applications. • Thrive in a start-up environment, where you can wear multiple hats and figure things out on the fly. • High degree of empathy, both in understanding user needs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excel at communication and problem-solving, and are comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
