Description

• Define and own the roadmap for mortgage operations automation and process optimization • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort throughout the loan lifecycle, from application through closing • Partner with business leaders to establish product priorities aligned to operational efficiency, quality, customer experience, and growth objectives • Develop business cases and success metrics for product investments • Work closely with Operations, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Secondary Marketing, Compliance, and Technology teams to identify pain points and opportunities • Translate business challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria • Map and optimize end-to-end mortgage processes to eliminate friction and unnecessary manual touchpoints • Partner with engineering and technology teams to deliver products and enhancements that drive measurable business impact • Lead backlog refinement, roadmap planning, and sprint-level prioritization activities

🎯 Exigences

• Deep understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle including origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing operations • Strong experience identifying opportunities for operational automation and workflow optimization • Background in mortgage operations, fulfillment, underwriting, processing, or loan manufacturing • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
