Description

• Drive agile product development ceremonies by writing high-quality user stories, defining precise acceptance criteria, and managing the JIRA backlog. • Work embedded with engineering squads to unblock development, triage technical debt, and ensure accurate implementation of web and mobile tech stacks. • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to predictably ship high-impact features in a fast-paced environment. • Partner closely with Product Designers to create intuitive, delightful, and habit-forming mobile experiences that make complex financial concepts accessible to everyday users. • Own the release, publishing, managing launch of mobile app releases to the various App stores. • Understand the nuances of Web, Hybrid, and Native technologies and best fit technology for various use cases and partner integrations. • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, using deep data analytics and user experimentation to prove ROI on new features. • Good understanding of various players within the industry that focus on membership, loyalty platforms, credit card white label platforms. • Experience with solutioning features using 3rd party partner integrations, white label solutions, customizations and configurations. • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, using deep data analytics and user experimentation to prove ROI on new features.

🎯 Exigences

• Experience working in fintech, consumer mobile products. • Preferred if you have worked long term on a consumer facing mobile app. • Good understanding of loyalty, membership, consumer engagement, and cross selling when it comes to consumer apps for financial and wellness industry. • Demonstrated experience defining product roadmaps and writing detailed business and functional requirements. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change. • Solid experience in working with Jira, User Stories, Kanban to own product releases, sprints. • Experience in mobile app technologies, attribution, analytical, experimental tools: Android, IOS, Mobile A/B testing tools, Firebase, Amplitude, Iterable and similar tools etc.
