Description
• Close labor contracts with a focus on claimant clients (former employees) • Attend to and advise potential clients in a clear, empathetic, and objective manner • Use legal and client-service tools to manage the process safely and efficiently • Record and monitor the progress of client interactions in the firm’s legal case management system
