Description

• You develop and lead a team of customer advisors and sales specialists in a home-office (remote) setup • You are responsible for team results, monitoring performance and deriving/implementing corrective actions when targets are not met • Virtual presence with the remote team, maintaining daily contact with team members • Regularly conduct virtual team meetings, coaching sessions and one-on-one employee meetings • Develop ideas and proposals for the continuous optimization of work processes

• Completed commercial vocational training • Several years of experience in team/employee management • Solid expertise in customer contact management and sales • Ideally, experience leading teams remotely • Ambitious — you always keep your goals in focus • Goal-oriented, self-directed and pragmatic working style with strong self-organization • Independent, solution-oriented and cost-conscious approach to achieve defined objectives • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Preferably an affinity for sales work • Excellent communication skills with a high level of responsibility • Confident in using digital tools and collaboration technologies
