Description

• Work closely with Strategic Account Managers to identify opportunities for further integration of LexisNexis solutions into client operations • Present quarterly business reviews to executives, business owners, and other stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining awareness of customer needs and objectives • Resolve client issues using data quality concepts and tools • Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans through detailed reports and presentations • Create professional services roadmaps to plan and drive client engagement efforts • Deliver client presentations and performance analyses by telephone and in person to senior clients and management • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, fraud analysts, technical consultants, and product teams • Coordinate timely implementation of product enhancements and bug fixes with product management • Develop solution knowledge with product teams to enhance client experience with LexisNexis Risk Solutions • Participate in product roadmap discussions as the client representative and advocate

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • 7+ years client-facing/consulting experience preferred • Working and demonstrated proficiency in SQL • Proficiency in Python is a plus • Working knowledge of SaaS and big data solutions such as Hadoop/Impala is a plus • PMP or similar certification is a plus • Experience analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud • Expertise in data quality concepts and tools • Expertise in project governance, client delivery, and complex implementation projects • Proficiency with MS Project or similar tools • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time • Valid passport required • Expert-level consultative, relationship-building, communication, presentation, research, product, organizational, multitasking, time-management, and collaboration skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to track KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent requests • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate accountability, integrity, curiosity, motivation, and adaptability • Must be articulate within the language requirements
