Description

• Own complex product problems from discovery through production • Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand customers, identify opportunities, shape what gets built and why, and turn technically complex workflows into simple, polished experiences for developers • Talk directly to customers and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform decisions • Prototype and iterate quickly, remaining involved until work is shipped and working well in production • Take full ownership of design aspects for a cross-functional product team • Discover opportunities and solutions to deliver customer value • Help shape priorities and product direction • Raise interaction and visual craft standards and contribute reusable patterns and improvements • Contribute to RevenueCat's design practice through critique, shared patterns, and collaboration • Ship meaningful product improvements end to end, from opportunity identification through implementation and iteration • Improve reusable patterns, systems, and ways of working • Advocate for customer understanding, product quality, and thoughtful design across RevenueCat

🎯 Exigences

• Strong track record solving complex product problems in B2B, SaaS, developer tools, or similarly complex environments • Ability to frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, make sound trade-offs, and help shape what gets built and why • Experience designing clear, intuitive workflows, including information architecture, states, edge cases, errors, and interactions • High visual craft bar, with strong attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and polish • Experience using direct customer conversations and qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform design decisions • Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering, involve partners early, reduce scope intelligently, and stay engaged through implementation and follow-up • Clear communication in a remote, asynchronous environment and ownership beyond the boundaries of a design handoff • Understanding of technical constraints and comfort using prototypes, code, or modern AI tools • Excitement about RevenueCat's mission to help developers make more money • Portfolio showing shipped digital product work • Experience working in a large-scale, complex product organization and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and other functions
