Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers building modern web and backend systems • Drive delivery of high quality, reliable software that delivers value to our members and clients • Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver meaningful outcomes • Provide technical guidance and help the team make sound architectural and implementation decisions • Support the growth of engineers through mentorship, coaching, and clear feedback • Promote strong engineering practices including testing, code quality, and operational excellence • Help scale the team through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement of team processes

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams • Strong technical background building modern software systems (Node.js, TypeScript, React, or similar technologies) • Track record of leading teams that deliver impactful products • Excellent communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical partners • Passionate about building strong teams and delivering meaningful products • Interest in modern development practices including AI assisted engineering
