Description

• Join Rula’s Provider Onboarding Engineering team within the Provider organization • Serve as chief architect for the new Provider Onboarding engineering scope • Drive product-based implementations enabling new Provider Onboarding capabilities • Build solutions for internal and external-facing users and workflows • Lead product architecture and operational/process-based solutions • Build custom tools and leverage industry solutions to improve Provider Onboarding across pricing, payments, client panel, and forms • Establish a new engineering domain from the ground up • Mentor other engineers • Build scalable systems that protect the mental health ecosystem

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of SWE experience • 1+ year working on Healthcare or equivalent systems • 1+ year of experience helping with a brand new project or team • Experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical groups • Fullstack experience building modern database-backed SQL/no-SQL web applications • Experience with microservice development • Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns • Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, measuring success, and post-launch maintenance • Experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on sustainable results • Start-up experience preferred • Experience developing SaaS applications using AWS preferred • Experience with high reliability/accuracy products preferred • On-call experience and ability to independently deep dive complex issues and drive them to resolution preferred • Experience with NodeJs, Typescript, and Kafka preferred • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Must be eligible to work in the United States
