Description

• Lead the finance function on a continuing basis • Provide financial stewardship and reporting for boards, lenders and owners • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and decision support • Manage liquidity, working-capital policy, banking relationships and financing readiness • Establish and oversee financial controls, risk escalation and audit committee or board support • Build, lead and develop the finance team • Strengthen finance systems and data • Provide commercial judgement on pricing, investment, acquisitions and cost • Govern review of automated or AI-assisted tool outputs and determine what is fit for the board • Deliver plans, forecasts, reporting, controls, board and lender papers, and timely risk escalation within delegated authority • Work jointly with operating leaders and the finance team to improve forecast accuracy, close timeliness, cash conversion, margins and covenant compliance

🎯 Exigences

• Senior finance role in an enterprise on a permanent basis, or preparation for such a role • Demonstrated capability or assessed potential to perform at a high level in an appropriate enterprise finance mandate • Enterprise finance responsibility, including organisation, ownership and scale, finance team, reporting line and authorised decisions • Experience with reporting, planning and forecasting that informed real decisions • Experience designing or strengthening controls and governance, and working with an audit committee or board • Experience leading or supporting financing, banking and lender relationships • Experience building finance capability, including team depth, systems, planning cadence and succession within finance • Ability to describe accountability, joint achievements and influenced outcomes • Readiness to describe relevant leadership contexts and appointment formats • No fixed minimum years-of-experience threshold applies • Private-equity, succession, acquisition or regulated-sector experience strengthens fit where relevant but is not required for registration • Professional designations are recorded and considered; some mandates, sectors or regulators may require one • Current résumé required for registration • LinkedIn profile optional • Career Thesis not required at registration
