Description

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of vended products • Use data-driven insights (customer feedback, usage metrics, competitive analysis) to inform product development efforts • Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across executive, business, vendor and technical teams • Evaluate vendor options

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s in business administration or similar field • Minimum 3 years of PBM experience • Knowledge of Manufacturer copay card programs • Curious, creative, and strategic thinker • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
