Description

• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and reviews across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Trustpilot, TikTok, and other emerging platforms • Serve as the public voice of Rythm while maintaining a consistent, authentic, and empathetic brand voice • Build relationships with customers and community members through thoughtful engagement • Identify customer sentiment, trends, recurring questions, and emerging issues and share insights with leadership • Escalate customer concerns, product feedback, and reputation risks to appropriate internal teams • Partner with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels • Identify and flag organic creator interest and inbound partnership inquiries to the Partnerships team • Respond to public reviews and feedback professionally and in a brand-aligned manner • Monitor conversations related to health, wellness, longevity, sports performance, and relevant community topics • Surface opportunities to celebrate customer stories, testimonials, and community wins • Help maintain response-time and engagement standards across social platforms

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of Customer Service experience, specifically within social channels • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Trustpilot, and emerging social platforms • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt to and maintain a consistent brand voice • Experience managing public-facing customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills • Ability to identify trends, customer sentiment, and emerging issues across social channels • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or preventative healthcare is a plus • Positive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine passion for building community
