Description

• Serve as the regional point of contact for Transaction Specialists and ensure process adherence and operational excellence • Manage deal overflow during peak periods and balance team workload • Provide workflow backup during team members’ PTO • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Director of Agent Finance • Work with agents to move transactions efficiently from contract to close • Partner with regional Brokers of Record to confirm compliance, documentation accuracy, and licensing representation • Foster service-oriented agent relationships to improve communication and transaction success • Oversee transaction documentation and compliance with state, regional, and brokerage standards • Maintain and audit records in Total Brokerage (TB) and SkySlope • Review commission structures, splits, and payouts for accuracy and policy alignment • Identify and address compliance gaps before closing • Serve as a subject matter expert in Total Brokerage and SkySlope • Support system optimization and recommend process improvements • Train and onboard new Transaction Specialists

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related disciplines • 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, compliance, or operations • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and team workflows effectively • Strong understanding of commission processing and document management within real estate systems • Proficiency in SkySlope, CDA generation, and Excel • Experience managing a remote team • Experience in the Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, or Virginia markets • Experience with Escrow • Must be able to work Central/Eastern time zones • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to accuracy in reviewing documents and financial calculations • Quick to learn new platforms and adapt to process updates • Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Must live within the United States
