Description

• Own the full company P&L from revenue through EBITDA • Serve as the primary finance partner to Accounting for the monthly close cycle • Produce the monthly MBR, flash report, and supporting financial narrative for senior leadership • Translate actuals versus plan into clear stories and actionable recommendations • Collaborate with the Controller on actuals and variances versus plan • Own and maintain the Master P&L model for forecasting, scenario analysis, and the Annual Operating Plan • Lead the Annual Operating Plan process across all functions, including headcount planning, cost modeling, and revenue scenario builds • Drive 2–3 reforecasts throughout the year • Produce the quarterly Board of Directors Finance Addendum • Build financial models and materials supporting executive decisions on product investment and cost savings • Own transaction-readiness infrastructure and maintain auditable P&L and balance-sheet flat files • Maintain Looker cohort and retention views and standardize AR/AP aging • Serve as internal financial lead for M&A diligence, managing the data room and coordinating financial workstreams • Partner with People Ops on headcount planning, requisition approvals, and monthly headcount reporting • Own R&D and cross-functional headcount scenario-modeling tools • Lead software and infrastructure cost reviews • Own vendor contract audits and identify suboptimal contracts • Build investment briefs, pro formas, and carrier/partner sizing models • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Finance on go-to-market financial modeling • Improve FP&A tooling, data integrity, and financial systems for scalable growth • Report to the VP of Strategic Finance and work directly with the CFO, Accounting, People Ops, Engineering, and leadership team

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance • At least 2 years in a high-growth technology or SaaS company • Experience owning a full company or business unit P&L • Exposure to transaction processes (M&A, capital raise, or strategic review) • Familiarity with financial due diligence data packages • Expert-level financial modeling skills, including multi-driver operating models, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and headcount planning models • Strong proficiency in NetSuite • Proficiency in at least one BI tool: Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • Strong commercial instincts and ability to interpret business implications of variances • Highly organized and reliable • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus but not required • Ability to work in the United States, excluding Delaware, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico, and West Virginia; many roles can be based internationally
