Description

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for back-end users on the Athena IDX platform • Train staff on workflows including billing, claims processing, payment posting, adjustments, and accounts receivable follow-up • Customize training materials to align with client workflows and system configurations • Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users during and after training sessions • Collaborate with project teams to understand system updates and training needs • Assist in developing and updating training documentation, job aids, and user guides • Support go-live activities, including at-the-elbow support as needed • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness • Ensure training aligns with revenue cycle best practices and operational goals

🎯 Exigences

• Experience delivering training on Athena IDX (also known as GE Centricity Business / IDX) • Strong knowledge of back-end revenue cycle workflows such as billing, claims, and accounts receivable • Experience conducting instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to engage and support end users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
