Description

• Drive Sales Growth by accelerate sales revenue within the automotive and assigned account customer base, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets in the region • Manage identified key accounts within the territory, fostering relationships to enhance sales growth and client retention • Present product offerings and services to purchasing teams, engineers, and management at strategic accounts with a polished, professional approach to support account growth • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support on commercial topics, including handling PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and other inquiries • Lead and participate in annual supplier negotiations to ensure alignment with customer and company goals • Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to the company, offering insights on competitor moves and suggesting new product ideas or enhancements based on customer needs • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM (Salesforce) accurately, tracking sales opportunities, design-ins, design wins, and production status to support the sales pipeline • Prepare and provide precise business forecasts for use in capacity planning, resource allocation, and sales strategy prioritization • Collaborate with internal resources, including engineers and management, to ensure customer requirements are met and to enhance overall account satisfaction

🎯 Exigences

• Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills • Knowledge of the automotive industry • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Fluency in German for the DACH region • Experience with semiconductor with analog or timing products is a plus • Master degree in Engineering required
