• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service • 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental) • Good supervisory skills • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus) • Highly organized and excellent customer service skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
