Description
• Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary • Offer additional products and services like prepaid fuel and toll passes • Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and adjusting as needed • Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels
🎯 Exigences
• High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year of customer service experience • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship • Basic computer navigation skills • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications • Willing to wear a company uniform • Speaking other languages is a plus
