Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the airport branch • Greet and guide customers through the car rental process • Build rapport and identify customer needs • Prepare rental agreements • Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services • Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling • Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism • Drive the rental experience and maximize each customer interaction

🎯 Exigences

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience • Experience in retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental • Track record of building customer relationships • Excellent verbal communication skills • Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment • Ability to work under pressure • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays • Flexible approach to working hours • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record • Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
