Description

• First point of contact for customers – friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service• Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs• Prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services• Meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling• Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism

🎯 Exigences

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience• Experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental• Excellent verbal communication skills• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment• Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
