Description

• Deliver consistent and sustainable year-over-year sales and profit growth within the assigned geographical area. • Tasked with being able to put together a detailed business plan and to deliver successfully based upon it. • Strong focus on growing and maintaining an accurate sales funnel. • Aggressive prospecting for new customers; managing from lead to opportunity to closed deal. • Provide consistent and accurate customer item forecasts and work with demand chain to maximize inventory efficiency.

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 4-6 years of successful field sales growth/experience in lubrication or related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability. • Technical Sales, strong mechanical aptitude/ability. • Experience with CRM and SFA tools required. • Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time domestically.
