• As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work closely with B2B business owners and develop clients' sales structures at the C-level. • You will conduct in-depth analyses of existing company structures and create targeted optimization plans. • You will manage your own client portfolio and regularly collaborate with your team. • You will develop innovative marketing and sales strategies and implement proven social selling practices. • You will communicate proactively with your clients and lead 1:1 coaching, onboarding, and live calls.
• Extensive experience in the following areas: strategy, marketing, sales, CRM. • Previously self-employed in consulting or agency work, a successful closer, or experience in coaching. • Conscientious, organized, and quick to grasp new concepts. • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working. • Experience with social media, LinkedIn & HubSpot. • Highly proactive and brings new ideas to the table. • Self-responsible and absolutely reliable. • Ability to follow existing processes and further develop them. • Desire to grow both professionally and personally.
