Description

• Document current-state workflows, pain points, controls, and target-state process designs with Bank Operations teams • Convert operational needs into low-code automation and reporting plans • Define acceptance criteria, success measures, and target outcomes • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, SharePoint structures, and Power BI reporting • Apply approved embedded AI capabilities to operational workflows and reporting • Configure and optimize data preparation using Power Query • Roll out operational solutions through documented change and control processes • Test automations and reports, including supporting user acceptance testing • Monitor automation health, troubleshoot issues, and restore service • Validate data accuracy and output quality • Document root causes, fixes, and preventive controls • Support data availability and timely retrieval during audit and compliance monitoring • Support onboarding, training, and change enablement • Develop user guides and support documentation • Track implementation outcomes and propose iterative enhancements • Coach and mentor citizen developers and lead intelligent workflow implementations • Transfer completed builds to citizen developers for business-as-usual support • Foster a community of practice and promote reusable patterns and standards • Maintain project documentation and operational runbooks • Create, refine, and prioritize backlog items • Track progress and provide status updates, risks, issues, and dependencies • Participate in team meetings and working sessions • Establish Power Platform standards and partner with IT on access and permissions

🎯 Exigences

• 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services operations • 3+ years of hands-on experience with operational automation, reporting, and process improvement; or 5+ years of equivalent operations and automated workflow experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or related certification preferred • Experience building and supporting Power Automate workflows in a business operations environment • Working knowledge of SharePoint lists/libraries, permissions, and operational process support • Experience building operational reports and dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling fundamentals • Strong Power Query skills for data cleansing, shaping, and transformation • Familiarity with Microsoft embedded AI capabilities and responsible operational use • Strong familiarity with deployment processes and pipelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks • Strong communication and stakeholder-partnering skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Process improvement mindset focused on reliability, control, and measurable outcomes • Ability to communicate in person, by phone, and through electronic channels • Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained monitor attention • Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods; ability to bend and reach • For remote work, a secure and distraction-free setting and reliable internet connection are required; mobile hotspots are not acceptable
